Return & Refund Policy

At PURPLEHERB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your return authorization and shipping label
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging when contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used health and wellness products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personal care items

Exchanges

We currently only offer refunds. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, standard return policies apply.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Please contact us before returning an international order.
